How we work:

  • Is this a subscription service?

    We are not a subscription service. When you purchase our three-piece micro collection, you will not be locked into a monthly subscription with us.

  • How often will you release clothing or accessories?

    We will release a new micro collection approximately each month. Which you can purchase as a set.

  • What will I receive in a monthly parcel?

    If you opt to purchase a parcel, you will receive our three-piece micro collection with a beauty or lifestyle surprise from our partnering companies.

  • How much will your collections cost?

    All micro collections will cost between $50-$100 each month, along with free shipping. Prices for each collection will depend on use of fabrics, seasons and pieces included in each collection.

  • How long do I have to purchase a collection?

    Collections are available until stocks last.

  • How old must I be to purchase from Popbasic?

    You must be over the age of 18 to purchase our micro collections.

Clothing:

  • How much do your collections cost?

    Our micro collections will range in price from US$50-$100.

  • Where do you source your pieces from?

    All of our items are Popbasic own and are only sold on our site.

  • Can I make a clothing suggestion?

    We'd love you to. Feel free to email us at contact@popbasic.com and we'll try to include your ideas in a future micro collection.

  • Can you help with how to style my micro collection?

    We'd love to. Simply write to us at contact@popbasic.com or on our Facebook wall. We'll answer you asap. Or have a look at the Style Guide we included in your parcel- it's entirely created by our lovely community members.

  • What about sizing?

    Check out our sizing guide at checkout. If you need anymore help, feel free to contact us at contact@popbasic.com. Please be careful to check your measurements thoroughly before purchasing. We're in beta, so we're still trying things on for size!

  • I really like pieces from previous micro collections, can I order those pieces?

    Our styles are manufactured in limited quantities, though some items may still be available. Contact customer care at contact@popbasic.com and we'll have a look for you.

Style Guide:

  • I love your Style Guide, can I contribute too?

    Sure, that would be lovely. Head on over to our Polyvore page and start styling pieces from our micro collections. To be in a future Style Guide, make sure you style a piece from our latest micro collection.

Beauty + Lifestyle:

  • What brands do you partner with?

    The Popbasic team carefully selects beauty and lifestyle brands each month that we know you'll love. These brands are based all over the world.

  • Can you work with my favorite brand?

    Sure. Tweet to us @pop_basic with your wishlist and we'll see what we can do.

  • I represent a brand, can we work with you?

    That would be great. Contact our team at contact@popbasic.com for more information.

Partnerships:

  • How can I get involved?

    If you have a blog or Youtube channel we'd love to work with you. We also have a referral program to build credits towards Popbasic purchases. Share your personal link on social media accounts or your blog to earn credit. When someone uses your link they will receive $15 credit towards their first purchase, and you’ll earn $15 in credit when they make a purchase. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can earn.

  • Can I contribute to your next Style Guide?

    We'd love you to. Simply head on over to our Polyvore page and start creating sets using our latest micro collection pieces and we might include your ideas in our magazine! Make sure you leave your blog address or email address in the comments section of your set so we can contact you.

Shipping + Payments:

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    We do. We will ship all micro collections via USPS Priority Flat rate mail. You will receive a receipt of shipment via email.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping is free when you purchase a micro collection.

  • Can I track my order?

    For sure, we'll automatically send you a tracking number via USPS once we ship your parcel.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Popbasic accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards, personal checks or money orders. If you would prefer to pay via Paypal, please email hello@popbasic.com.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    We do.

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    Orders will be shipped withing 48 hours of your order being placed. Parcels shipped to the contiguous United States will arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed outside the US will take within 6-10 business days.

  • Does Popbasic charge sales tax?

    Residents shipping to addresses within California are subject to California sales tax. Other United States residents are not subject to sales tax.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    Write us as soon as possible at contact@popbasic.com. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.

International orders:

  • Will I be subject to customs or additional taxes?

    Popbasic will not cover additional costs or custom taxes on any orders.

  • How will you ship to an International location?

    We use USPS International Priority Flat Rate mail.

  • Do you also tracking for international orders?

    We do.

  • Do you deliver to international PO Boxes?

    We do.

Returns + Exchanges:

Popbasic does not offer refunds. We can however offer store credit for future micro collections or an exchange if we have your size in stock. We require you to notify us if you're not fully satisfied with your micro collection within 7 days of its arrival.

  • Can I exchange a garment that doesn't fit me?

    Of course! If we have the item in stock, we will exchange it for you. However we only order limited stock each month and may not always be able to accommodate size exchanges.

  • My item arrived damaged, help!

    That makes us sad, we will refund you in full.

  • I don't really like my micro collection, can I get a refund?

    Because this is limited edition stock, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. But we'd love to offer you credit towards your next micro collection.

Site security and accounts:

  • Is your site secure?

    Yes. When you interact with Popbasic, all information is transferred over SSL (secure socket layer). This means that only you and us can read information transferred between us.

  • Do you store credit card details?

    We do not store credit cards and all payments are processed by the payment gateways Stripe or Paypal.

  • Do I have to register each month to purchase micro collections?

    No.

  • Can I unsubscribe from Popbasic emails?

    You sure can. Simply click the unsubscribe button in any of our emails.
